Rules
How freestyle is judged, how endurance is counted, and the documents every national event runs on.
01
Freestyle
Two minutes alone on the bar, to your own music, to qualify. The top six go through to battles, seeded so first meets sixth, and each competitor gets two one-minute rounds. Judges score strength, skill, and the combinations built out of them. A static only scores once it has been held for three seconds, inside 15 degrees of the line the move asks for.
