A calisthenics competition at Edenvale High School, with three categories: Statics, Advanced Endurance and Beginner Endurance. Entry is R200, or R100 for Beginner Endurance (open to new competitors and scholars). Doors open at 08:00.

The South African Street Workout & Calisthenics Association (SASWCA) is a non-profit that promotes bodyweight fitness and calisthenics across South Africa. We grow the local scene, develop athletes, and send them to compete internationally.

National Championships
SASWCA runs the annual SA Street Workout & Calisthenics National Championship, the biggest competition on the local calendar.
International Representation
As a WSWCF affiliate, SASWCA sends South African athletes to compete at World Cup stages and the WSWCF World Championships.
Community Building
We help local calisthenics clubs across South Africa grow, and connect them into one community.
Facility Advocacy
SASWCA campaigns for more calisthenics parks and public outdoor gym facilities, making the sport accessible to all South Africans.
Athlete Development
We give grassroots athletes a route to build their skills and get the competition experience they need to reach international events.
