Freestyle
Join us on 16 June in Johannesburg for the 2022 edition of the SASWCA Nationals! This event will be focusing purely on the Freestyle discipline, with Power & Strength Nationals being held in April in Cape Town.
The annual event will take place in the suburbs of Joahnnesburg, with venue to be announced closer to the event.
Athletes need to register by 14 June in order to secure their spot in the competition. See registration details below.

Join us on 30 April in Cape Town for the 2022 edition of the SASWCA Nationals! This event will be focusing purely on the Power & Strength discipline, with Freestyle Nationals being held in June in Johannesburg.
The annual event will take place in the beautiful suburbs of Seapoint with an amazing background of Table Mountain, and is set to be our opportunity to take back the bars!
